Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of ShaadiDesk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use ShaadiDesk.

ShaadiDesk is a wedding planning and guest management platform that helps you manage guest lists, room allocations, travel logistics, itineraries, budgets, and baggage tags for your wedding event. Features include Google Contacts import, PDF/Excel export, and WhatsApp guest notifications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@shaadidesk.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person or organisation may not maintain more than one free account.

ShaadiDesk offers a free tier with limited guest capacity and a premium tier with expanded features. Current plan limits and pricing are described on the Pricing page.

• Free plan features may change as the product evolves.
• Premium subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel a premium subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use ShaadiDesk for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload or share content that is defamatory, abusive, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without written permission
• Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
• Impersonate any person or entity

You retain ownership of all guest data, event details, and content you upload to ShaadiDesk. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any personal data (such as guest phone numbers) in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining any necessary consent from your guests.

When you use Google Sign-In or the Google Contacts import feature, you are also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We access your Google data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

The WhatsApp guest notification feature requires you to obtain prior consent from your guests before sending messages. You are solely responsible for compliance with WhatsApp's Business Policy and applicable messaging laws (TRAI regulations, etc.).

ShaadiDesk, its logo, design, and all original content are the intellectual property of Pradyumn Daga. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Your data remains yours.

ShaadiDesk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShaadiDesk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or revenue. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShaadiDesk and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or conduct we deem harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
